Stories and photos will be posted here following each round of play at the California State Amateur. If you are a media member, golf fan or player that has a specific photo or story need, please feel free to contact the communications staff using the methods below.

Media information
Media credentials: Media members interested in covering the championship should make arrangements with CGA communications staff PRIOR to the event; this will ensure that your parking and communications needs are met at the championship site and that you will receive admittance through the guard gate. Please contact any of the staff below no later than one week prior to the championship with the following information: Name, address, phone number, e-mail, news agency/outlet, title/position, and whether you will be bringing a photography or video camera with you. We will mail out appropriate credentials when requests are received and approved.

Media/communications room: There will be a media room available at Rancho Santa Fe GC during the championship. This room is open to working media only, and admittance will be monitored by a staff member of the CGA. Media room will offer high-speed internet, printer, land-line telephone and all current media materials available for the championship. The room will also be the only available area for cell phone usage on club property.

Club policies: Any reporter, photographer or other member of a news staff that intends to cover the California State Amateur Championship must adhere to the Spectator Information and policies listed. As stated, dress code violators will not be permitted entry into the club.
